Electricity: Will you require electricity at your stall?

If yes, please describe below what level of electricity you require and all electrical appliances to be used in your stall, including lighting.
**Please note, a 1x16amp socket is included in the stall, any additional will be at a cost of €60 each**

Gas: Will you be bringing gas appliances?

If yes, please list in the box below all gas appliances you will have on site for the duration of the festival.

Insurance/HSE


Stallholders must be fully insured for your business and your stall (6.5 Public Liability, 13m Employers Liability,Product Liability and licensed by HSE to operate as a foodstall.


If you do not usually sell in markets the stall operation will need to be registered with HSE for a food stall.


Current proposed stall set up: Friday Evening 17th of July3pm-7pm. Vendors will be notified if this changes.


Delivery of Stock: From 7am on Saturday and Sunday - allvehicles off site by 9:45am.


Stallholders Position: Are non-negotioable and are allocated based on a variety of factors. We cannot guarantee a specific position in the festival. We aim to recreate a real market feel and the companies trading at the market must reflect this. Lantern Presents reserves the right to restrict the number of stallholders in a particular product category to ensure that a wide variety of food is on offer at the market. Traders must product, or add value to everything they are selling. A company employee familiar with all products must be on site throughout the event.


Stall Decoration: Please try to decorate your stall in a manor in line with the festival theme.


Fire Fighting Equipment: If you are cooking at your stall youmust have the necessary equipment as follows: fire blanket/Dry Powder/ Fire Extinguisher/ C02 Fire Extinguisher. All fire extinguishers must be fully services and display a dated service tag. Fire blankets must be correctly mounted so as to be easily accessible in the case of an incident. Any stallholders who are cooking and who do not have the correct fire-fighting equipment will be requested to rent the above listed. Stallholders will not be permitted to trade without the correct equipment on site.


Security:Security will be hired and on site during opening hours of the festival. While we will have security in place, please note that all stallholders are advised not to leave any valuables in your stall at any time. All stallholders are responsible for their own belongings and vehicles are parked at owners own risk.


Security Overnight: Lantern Presents will also be providing security on site in the evenings. However, stallholders must not leave any valuables in their stalls overnight. Lantern Presents will not accept liability for any theft or damages that may occur at any time over the duration of the festival. All property left on the premises will be at stallholders ownrisk.


Furniture: Lantern Presents does not supply furniture, so please bring furniture should you require it.


Refuse and Cleanliness: All stallholders are required to be responsible for litter, refuse and cleanliness around their stall and are asked to keep the surroundings clean. Please use refuse bins provided. Bins will be emptied through the days. Any stallholder leaving refuse behind will be fined.


Green Initiatives: As part of Sásta Festival we are incorporating several green initiatives. All stallholders must minimise waste, and reduce water and energy consumption where possible. Food waste should be segregated into compost bins. Where possible please use eco-friendly packaging. No single use plastics, such as straws, and cups as well as limiting single use condiments such as ketchup packets, sugar, salt, butter, jam, etc. Please also use eco-friendly cleaning products.
